As Human Resource Director for CCGB, I'm passionate about the difference people can make to a business. Here at 'Coca-Cola', we know it's not just about great products, but the faces behind them as well. Taking talent and people to the heart of our business genuinely makes a difference in terms of engagement and superb results. We really look after our staff and I think it shows. The team here are fantastic and continue to deliver a competitive edge. It's great to be able to build my international experience by leading cross European projects too!

For me, it's all about team work. I guess that's why I'm such a sport's fan. As a Midland's girl born and bred, I'm an avid Wolves and Leicester Tigers supporter and can be found on the terraces most weekends. I also love travelling and having been to every continent, so far my favourite place has to be Raratonga in the Cook Islands – amazing! On the rare occasions I'm not out and about, I'll be indulging in my secret addiction - Strictly Come Dancing.
