I manage Coca-Cola Great Britain's Consumer Information Centre (CIC), managing consumer response and aiming to maximise consumer satisfaction. This is your first point of contact with 'Coke' - whether you want to know what's in the product, what we're doing to help the environment or who's starring in the latest ads. With the information you provide us, I'm able to help advise the business on the launch of new products, advertising and promotions. Having been at CCGB since 2002 there isn't a 'Coca-Cola' fact I don't know and it's been great to watch how our brand portfolio has grown over the years.

Out of work I'm a self confessed TV addict and the proud owner of every episode of 'Friends' ever made. Whenever I need a break from the hustle and bustle of London I travel out to Hertfordshire to spend time in the countryside with my family and our pet dog Dillon.
